The Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference                
considered CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 32(FIN) and CS FOR                            
HOUSE BILL NO. 32(FIN) am S and recommends                                     
                                                                               
CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 32                                           
An Act relating to administrative proceedings                                 
involving a determination of eligibility for a                                 
permanent fund dividend or authority to claim a                                
dividend on behalf of another; and providing for an                            
effective date.                                                                
                                                                               
be adopted.  The Committee attached a new fiscal note from                     
Department of Revenue.

Senator Halford moved that the Senate adopt the Conference                     
Committee Report, thus adopting CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE                        
BILL NO. 32.                                                                   
                                                                               
Senator Kelly moved that the motion to adopt the Conference                    
Committee Report on HOUSE BILL NO. 32 be held to March 25.                     
Senator Duncan objected, then withdrew his objection.  There being             
no further objections, the bill will be held until March 25.
